About

Built on the
warehouse floor.

Casabe Konnect wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built inside a working shipping company — box by box, route by route — until the software matched how shipping actually happens.

Caribbean and Central American shipping runs on trust, hustle, and — too often — paper. Handwritten manifests. Phone-call tracking. Cash reconciled from memory at the end of a long day. The operators who move thousands of boxes between the U.S. and back home have been underserved by software built for someone else.

We started with one real shipping company and a simple rule: nothing ships in the product until it survives the floor. Every feature — intake, labels, manifests, routes, driver payments, customer texts — was shaped by dispatchers, drivers, and office staff using it on live shipments, in Spanish and English, under real deadline pressure.

That company still runs on Casabe Konnect today. It's our first operator, our proving ground, and our toughest critic. When something breaks, we feel it the same day — so it gets fixed the same day.

What we believe

Four things we won't compromise.

01

The floor is the spec

If a driver can't use it one-handed on a doorstep, or a new hire can't learn it in an afternoon, it isn't done. Real operations decide what ships.

02

Your money is yours

Flat-rate software. Payments run through your own Stripe account. We never take a cut of shipping revenue, and we never touch your customers' money.

03

Every language on the team

Spanish, English, and Haitian Creole aren't translations bolted on later — they're first-class. The whole operation works in the language it thinks in.

04

Your data, walled off

Every company on the platform is isolated at the database level. Your customers, your pricing, your numbers — visible to you alone, exportable anytime.

Where we are

Live, growing, and honest about it.

Today Casabe Konnect runs a live shipping operation end to end — real customers, real routes, real money. We're in private beta, onboarding a small number of operators who want software shaped around how they actually work, and validating pricing with pilot partners as we grow.

If that's you, we'd like to meet your operation.
